Jason Grant's quintessentially Australian Byron Bay abode is his sanctuary.
Combining a relaxed coastal aesthetic with eclectic finds (including a vintage parachute hanging above his bed), we were thrilled to have him style his favourite pieces from our AW20 collection in his home.
Favouring natural elements & shades, Jason gravitated towards our new Syracuse Jute Floor Rug and paired it with our Moss Velvet Ava Cushions and cosy Rose Pink Nevis Throw.
Read our interview with Jason about his home and styling tips for the AW20 collection.
How would you describe the style of your home in 3 words?
- Relaxed (I love a lived-in home)
- Creative (I mean I do have a vintage parachute hanging above my bed)
- Comfortable (home is my sanctuary)
What was your first impression of the quality of the Weave range?
As soon as I opened the Syracuse Rug I could see the quality of the rug and how well its made and it is beautiful underfoot (I'm barefoot whenever possible)
What do you (and Sophia your Boston Terrier) love about our new Syracuse Jute Floor Rug?
I love adding natural elements as the materials really make a home feel grounded I live in an open-plan space so I love using rugs to create zones and to help define the space. I'm a big fan of stripes and the tonal shades of the Syracuse Rug are soft on the eyes.
Why did you choose the Pink Nevis Throw & Ava Moss Velvet Cushions to pair with the rug?
I love an eclectic feel to my home - nothing matches but everything works together. I love colours from nature (a big source of inspiration for me). I favour slightly more desaturated shades which are easier to add to any space dusty pinks and olive green always catch my eye.
